Report on Winter Online Auction & Announcing the Date of August LIVE Auction

Our Winter Online Auction, that finished last Sunday, wrapped up the first half of the year nicely.

 

Penfolds once again led the show with 2004 Penfolds Block 42 Kalimna taking the highest hammer win at $1010.50. From the same vintage, 2004 Penfolds Bin 60A sold for $893 and 2004 Chateau Latour got snapped at $846.

 

Other highlights from Bordeaux including 2005 Chateau La Mission Haut Brion reached $963.50, 2008 Chateau Mouton-Rothschild sold for $940, and 2005 Chateau Trotanoy achieved $505.25.

 

Bordeaux blends from home were the lots that got the most views and bids. 6 bottle OWC of 2013 Te Mata Estate Coleraine sold for $916.50, also a 6 bottle lot, 2005 vintage, sold for $775.50; 2010 Stonyridge Vineyard Larose achieved $188, followed by its 2013 vintage at $164.50; also from vintage 2013, Craggy Range Sophia reached the same price at $164.50; 2009 Gillman Vineyard sold for 105.75.

 

Some other highlights are, 2018 Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret Echezeaux Grand Cru magnum sold for $940, 2009 Alex Gambal Chambertin Grand Cru sold for $434.75, and 2007 Dominus Estate Dominus reached $340.75.
